I engaged Stewart to find me the best return and lowest starting point, my budget was $250,000 for the house and I was amazed to find a 3 bedroom home that was renovated for just under that. It had tenants paying $320 per week and I then added a 1 bedroom flat which took about 8 weeks to build. Recently the bank valued the house at $280,000 so I am very happy with the result
