Goal:

Shane & Annette were after an investment that had reasonable yield and growth potential however also wanted to be able to do a small development in the future.  Through my agent network I located a great corner block over 800m2 that has potential for a second dwelling immediately or sub division in the future.  It is also cash flow neutral in an area with growth potential.
