I met with several companies and found Stewart to be very close to the local market – working from the area. Several local agents also recommended his services when I mentioned granny flats. I wanted a property that had good returns but also some capital growth and potential for a duplex in the future. Stewart found us a great place in a short time that is zoned for future development and over 700m2. I was too busy to do it myself even though I live in Sydney – by the time I found a property it would be sold

We secured a 700m2 block zoned for a duplex and then built a 2 bedroom flat, the existing house was at the front of the block which is perfect. The house needed $30K in renovation which was managed by our builder – now it looks great and is also getting a good rent.
