I had previously secured an investment property for Ryan & Bey, and when it was time to purchase their primary residence, they engaged my services for a second time, to find their dream home.
They had a tight budget and didn’t think they would be able to find a home in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
Solution:
Michael worked with Ryan & Bey to develop their “Wish-List” into a realistic brief taking into account the current market and compromises they were prepared to make to live in one of Sydney’s best suburbs.
After reaching out to his agent contacts, Michael developed a shortlist of three potential properties that met the brief. The favoured property was listed for auction and Ryan & Bey knew that if they went to auction the property may very well go above their budget.
Michael went about conducting his due diligence and pricing research in preparation for a pre-auction purchase.
On the Thursday evening prior to auction Michael entered into negotiations with the selling agent and was able to secure a formal acceptance on the property and exchange that evening.
