Robert looks after his elderly father but wanted to secure a unit in the Hornsby area to have as his own home. He had tried looking himself but as a buy manager he found it too difficult. He had some very specific wants with not wanting to look towards other buildings or have trees growing in front to the unit, a northerly aspect with a view, sunlight in every room and a secure car space. I was able to search and investigate many units but the units with his specifications were very difficult to find and the strata reports often showed too many problems. I was able to find an off-market unit with a north and west balcony and not needing another cent spent on the recent renovation. I quickly organised for Robert to see the unit, and we decided to make an offer subject to the strata report and building and pest inspection which was all okay. Robert is really happy that the specifications were met in this lovely unit and can’t wait to move in.
