From Vision to Reality: Securing a knockdown-to-rebuild home in one of the best streets of Russell Lea I was introduced to this client through a past client referral; the kind of introduction built on trust. But as is often the case in blue-chip areas, the negotiation wouldn’t be easy, the vendors were holding firm around the $4 million mark. One of the key-turning points came when we identified a material fact disclosed in the sales contract which gave us real leverage and advantage over the competition. By using this detail as a central part of our negotiation strategy, I was able to shift the conversation in our favour and push for stronger terms. Within two weeks of engagement, I strongly negotiated hard and secured the property for $3,650,000, an outstanding result and a major win in a premium location. This wasn’t just about negotiating a price. It was about helping my client move a long-held dream into reality; to build not just a house, but a future.
