Caringbah is in the Sutherland Shire, approx. 24 kilometres south of the Sydney Central Business District and just 3km or 5-minute drive to Cronulla Beach and borders Woollooware Bay.

According to Residex, the median prices in the last 3 years both for houses and units here are rising continuously, which ranges from $700k - $1.5M. The market is seen to grow 4-6% p.a. in the next 5 years. Typical median houses will cost around $1.7m while units median is around $800k.
