Justin and Cai were residing in Singapore and wanting to return home with their family and live on the Northern Beaches. It was important for them to be close to the ocean, especially for their four children. After uncovering quite a few off-market opportunities, they set their eyes on a very special block on Mona Vale headland, the home of one of Sydney’s most iconic figures. I can only imagine some of the good times that would have been had over many years. The house was charming but clearly dated, but Justin and Cai were willing to do a substantial renovation. The property was passed in at auction, with the vendor’s expectations way too high, but we were able to negotiate the following day and secure it in the evening. I know Justin and Cai will create many of their own precious memories there in coming years.
