Trent and Christina had used my services several years ago, in purchasing an investment unit in Manly. This time, they were looking for a large block of land to build their forever home. Privacy and ocean views were particularly important. Trent had inspected a particular property in Elanora Heights, but it was not feasible. However, the agent mentioned there was a possibility that the neighbouring property might also become available. We quickly set up an inspection and Trent was immediately interested.
