I was never sophisticated in property in my home state of Qld, let alone my new home state of NSW. Involving Buyer’s Agent William Losch in our housing purchase, was a great decision and we are glad that we made. At First, using the services of a Buyer’s Agent was not an easy choice for my wife and I. We were trying to save money in order purchase a home and we knew that using a Buyer’s Agent was an extra cost. Also, we were unsure how a Buyer’s Agent who is paid on the commission of the sale, would still be working for us as the buyers and the not supporting the vendor for a higher selling price.
