Robyn at Propertybuyer Brisbane was AMAZING!! My husband and I were moving from Newcastle NSW to Brisbane QLD on a deadline, and wanted to buy our first house but did not know Brisbane very well.
Robyn was so helpful! She was honest and happily answered all questions we had. Her and the principal buyers’ agent, Glen, helped us understand what the suburb areas were like, their potential, vibe, ect. They were also very detailed in what we did and did not want to make sure what they showed us fit the brief.
She helped negotiate the settlement terms for the house we chose and because of that our offer was accepted. I have no doubt that without her we would not have got that house as we wouldn't have been able to make out settlement terms match the sellers needs so perfectly, and we also lacked the savvy industry experience.
The process was so much faster and less stressful than I always hear it is from friends that don't go with buyers’ agents. From first Zoom meeting to our offer being accepted was only 25 days! CRAZY! The house was within budget and ticked all the boxes (and more even things I wanted but thought we couldn't get for our price range).
