Newcastle is a dynamic city brimming with things to do, places to stay, and fun to be had. It is located just over two hours north of Sydney on the stunning, sun-drenched eastern coastline of New South Wales. 

Beautiful beaches, coastal beauty, ocean baths, and some of the top surfing places in the nation are just the beginning. Transportation 

Newcastle boasts a sophisticated transportation system that includes buses and cutting-edge light rail. You can also hire a bike in Newcastle or bring your own bike.

Merewether Surfhouse 

At the Merewether Surfhouse, you can eat and drink right on the edge of Newcastle's renowned Merewether Beach. A restaurant, cocktail bar with a spacious outdoor terrace, a pizza kiosk, and a cafe are all located on the three levels of the venue, all of which have million-dollar views of the Pacific Ocean. I was never sophisticated in property in my home state of Qld, let alone my new home state of NSW. We hesitated for a long time to get on the property ladder due to our lack of knowledge and fear of making a bad decision. We were so glad to have the knowledge shared by Munro and we felt safe and in good hands the entire time making our home buying experience a great one. In our minds this was going to be a 3 month process - minimum. We acknowledge that we're picky and know what we want. So it's a testament to Munro taking our brief and understanding what we were after that only after our second day of inspections we found a place that ticked all the boxes.
