It was a pleasure educating and assisting Daniel and Jacqueline and locating the ideal rare investment property in the form of a partly renovated 4 x bedroom, 2 x bathroom house plus a seperate granny flat with its own parking and seperate street access all located on a corner block. This is a rare find in a desirable suburb of Newcastle where there are low rental vacancy rates and the suburb has enjoyed a very strong +6.43% p.a house price growth rate over the last 10 x years, which is up there with many Sydney suburbs. We were competing against another buyer who did not require a cooling off period, however I was able to utilise my local rapport with the selling agent and use my unique skill set to be creative with negotiations over a weekend and successfully position my clients over the other buyer along with using my experienced, efficient solicitor to complete contract review and finalise the contract in a very efficient and timely fashion to beat another buyer.
