We exchanged contracts within 24 x hours of offer & acceptance with a cooling off period to allow a strata search report & further diligence along with formal finance approval. There was only 4 of this type of property sold last year in this suburb with only 6.9% of this property type so a low supply but a high demand and my client will have the option of short term or long term letting. I own similar property types in a neighbouring suburb which have performed exceptionally well both from a capital growth & rental return perspective and I would have no hesitation on buying this property personally.}'}
