Everyone worked well together and it helped the process that the seller is a lending officer in a bank, so understood the need for the order of process and the 9 day delay. The seller has kindly provided the use of the property photos plus early access prior to settlement to advertise the property for a new tenant. Everyone is happy. Kevin was excellent to work with, he knew what he wanted and was quick to make a decision. He is does locum work west of Brisbane and earns a substantial income. There’s the potential for other investments in the near future. This property represents value in the current market and will achieve a rental of $650 - $660wk. This property is in a quiet street, close to good schools and shopping amenities. The buyer’s selected solicitor asked many, many questions which were dealt with in a timely fashion.
