Rechel and Kim are avid property researchers, so there were a lot of inspections carried out to eventually reach this excellent outcome. We withdrew from an earlier contract on a property, when we discovered there was too much work required. The property we eventually found is in a great location in a pocket of quality homes. It’s well designed and low maintenance. There were challenges with strong competition in this area, however relationships with agents proved helpful in finding opportunities. The Building & Pest report came through with very few issues which was not surprising in a property 12 months old.
