Ajay & Ripu wanted a property with an income stream, growth potential and the prospect of adding a granny flat at a later date. Finding a large enough property to accommodate this brief within the budget was a challenge, however we eventually found 3 options that we signed contracts on. In time, a property we missed out on became available which allowed us to secure the property and meet the wishes of the buyer.
