Rafael and Tomas were particular about the property they wanted and outside of finding a low maintenance property that achieved strong growth and yield, they were keen to secure a larger block with future potential. The buyers' were avid researchers which was ok since they did find the occasional property that met their brief which I could arrange to inspect. 80% of the properties they highlighted were under contract. We had a challenge regarding home insurance due to a flooding issue. The property has never flooded, every available agent, flood report and council confirmed this. The problem arose because in the small corner of this same postcode, an industrial area had flooded and the insurance company put a "blanket ban" on the whole postcode area..... Eventually it was sorted successfully. The are happy with the purchase and were good to work with.
