Since the buyer decided to set up a trust in which to buy this property, we had a delay to the search beginning. Our search was focused on the Mango Hill and Richlands, however the delay in setting up the new entity meant the price of property in Mango Hill was over budget. There were a few properties in Richlands which were appealing and we found there was strong competition as well. We eventually found a Richlands townhouse in a good location, close to amenities, the freeway which was in excellent condition. The Building & Pest report came through with very little to be addressed and the seller was willing to attend to these few issues prior to settlement. It was a pleasure working with Bryson and I know he is pleased with his new investment.
