This was Alex and Alice's first investment property. They were expecting a baby so they wanted to find a property quickly while they had two incomes. We secured a quality townhouse on 22 January, with an excellent tenant in place who wanted to stay on. The floorplan was better than usual with a high standard of finishes. The location of the townhouse was quiet at the back of the complex with visitor parks beside. Baby Ezra arrived two days ago on Tuesday 6 Feb. Mum and Bub doing well.
