He also introduced her to a finance broker, solicitor and building inspector and as a team they worked swiftly to secure a lovely OFF MARKET top floor unit in a convenient Kensington location and a short walk to Centennial Parklands. As our client is time poor and works long hours she was not always available to make it to inspections. Munro would undertake the first inspections, video the properties and together they would review the option each evening. We short listed 3 on market properties one of which we went to auction for, however it sold above our client’s budget maximum. Within a few days Munro was able to source an OFF MARKET property in a superior location with a better outlook, however it did need some cosmetic TLC which our client was excited to undertake if we could purchase it at a favourable price .
