The client secured a vacant and rent ready near new home in a high growth suburb. With multiple other offers and higher offers, our terms and conditions and our agent relationship allowed us to be successful. We had to navigate through a change to the purchaser details a week after going to contract, rescinding the contract and resigning. We managed to keep the agent and vendor on board in keeping the original price - even though there had been a volume of higher offers they could have accepted post the original contract signing.
