Mark and Hayley had very specific requirements for a home given their family circumstances. They had been looking for many months with no success. Balancing access to several different schools the children attend, rigid public transport requirements, separation of space, multiple bathrooms, privacy, yard space and access to amenities, in the current market this appeared to be an extremely difficult brief. They felt like it was becoming a pipedream. They engaged us to assist them with these very specific requirements and within 24 hours we had identified the perfect property that met all of their requirements. Within 48 hours we had inspected the property and had decided it was THE property. We competed with many other offers and were successful in going to contract without overpaying, and using strong terms that met the needs of the vendor. Having a strong relationship with the selling agent gave us an edge over our competition and made us privy to strategic information not accessible to the regular buyer. We negotiated for pest and building rectification items to be completed in their entirety by the vendor, so moving in the home is perfect. This was a fantastic outcome for a wonderful young family who have the platform to prosper in their next chapter in life.
