Our client's budget was limited below $500k, placing us in a tough market with high demand and limited options. Despite noticing the increasing prices, our client wanted to take a bit of time to explore options before committing. When the perfect property popped up on the first day, our clients hesitated and did not want to move forward with the first property that was put forward.
