The tenant has just signed a new 3year lease with strong 3% annual increases providing a low-maintenance, stable and secure income to our client who is looking to potentially occupy it with his own business in the near future. We negotiated price, terms and conditions to suit our buyer and conducted extensive DD prior to exchange.
