Andre approached us in November looking for a low-maintenance Brisbane investment property with strong yield and good long-term growth. He preferred a townhouse to keep ongoing costs low and ensure high rental demand. We quickly identified the right opportunity just before Christmas - a well-located townhouse that ticked all his criteria. Acting efficiently in a tight market, we completed due diligence and secured the contract before the holiday break. Andre was thrilled with the speed & outcome, mentioning, “It was so fast - we only started in November & now we’re already unconditional.” Settlement is now approaching, and Andre has secured a strong addition to his investment portfolio.
The market research and analysis of property market around Australia is very thorough. Within a couple of meetings with Peter (in the space of 2 weeks), we were able to quickly make conclusion to enter the Brisbane market. More surprisingly Glen contacted me just a few days after we decided to go into the Brisbane market. Glen gave us analysis/reports, cashflow tools, and very useful insights of all the suburbs as well as property market (including how each players in the market behave). I learned few things that I didn’t know before. Harman is also very impressive. Despite being more focused in the northern Brisbane area, he was very quick to travel down to the southern part of Brisbane to secure a property for us. In the space of less than 1 weeks, he managed to shortlist more than a handful properties including sourcing in-depth information about those properties from websites, listing agents, etc. The thorough insights and research that Glen provides as well as Harman’s speed at sourcing properties, made it very easy for us to make decision. We didn’t get a property in Sunnybank Hills area (our 1st preference). But with their help, we secured a property in Doolandella (not far from Sunnybank and with good prospect). The team on the ground (Glen and Harman) is very knowledgeable and experienced in local market (Brisbane). I remember that back in Dec 2025, we hesitated to sign a contract without satisfactory review of body corporate records. They rang me and explained how competitive the Brisbane market is, so it was very time-critical that we sign the contract and lock that property. We are glad that we listened to them. Back in Dec there were about 10 properties of which only 2-3 were under contract. Today, there is almost no available townhouse in Doolandella (at least at that price). In the space of less than 3-4 weeks, the townhouses in Doolandella were snapped up already. In summary, the whole purchasing process is very efficient. We secured the property in less than 2 months (that includes Christmas and New Year closure in between), which is something we wouldn’t achieve without the help of Propertybuyer.
