Paul is American and has an Australian wife. He was keen to purchase an investment property and hoped to buy the property in Ana's name. The bank insisted the contract be in both names which held up the finance approval. The property we found was in a great location with the development of 4 new house blocks next door beginning within days of signing the contract. This development will increase the value of Paul and Ana's investment property. Paul was good to work with through the process and was happy with the end result.
