Property Buyer under the services of Matt Corbett was able to find us a family home per our needs, within budget in the record time of 3 weeks!   We had been looking for over a year and were having trouble navigating the very expensive and complicated Sydney real estate market.  Matt is a great listener and has developed the skill of understanding your 'true needs' which are not necessarily communicated well or known from the start. 

The Propertybuyer methodology is very helpful and the supply of past sales to assist with narrowing the buyer wants v's market sales is incredibly helpful in understanding what your money can buy and how this matches your needs.  Matt is very personable and was great in negotiating the right deal for us.  He has a very practical outlook and enables you to find properties that may be overlooked or missed during your search.  Matt is also great for negotiating purchases with 'seasoned' real estate agents for co-buyers such as us as 'a married couple' who are making joint emotional decisions in buying our family home. 

We have been able to make up the time lost in our search for a family home and are very happy with our purchase and have been able to save some money in the process!
